Your recipes look wonderful! I feel hungry already! It's me, Richard. I was at your cooking lesson on Aug. 24th; Poached Lobster Roll, Clam Dip, Cole Slaw, and the Stacked Blueberry Pie w/ Sweet Mascarpone. I just like to say that I was not able to repeat all of your successes, except for the Lobster Roll itself on my Father's Birthday. However, my family happened to enjoy it, therefore I'm very happy. Thank you for all your help. I'll be looking forward for more recipes (perhaps banana omelettes) and most likely, another stop by to Maine next summer if possible. Thank you once again!
